Amy loves guiding others to live their healthiest lives and strives to make her clients feel inspired and empowered at the end of each session. Her goal is to help her clients revolutionize the way they eat, they way they live, and they way they think so that they can transform into the most vibrant version of themselves.
EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Amy is a certified Holistic Health Coach, indoor cycling instructor, and has her Master’s Degree in education. Amy has been involved in the fitness industry for over 17 years and graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2016. She pursued health coaching after she began speaking about her 20+ year struggle around food, weight, and body image. Through sharing her story, she realized how many people needed support around food and weight. Amy learned a lot through her personal journey to heal her relationship with food as well as through her health coach training program. She is now passionate about supporting people from the other side.
